We have several options available for cruising, from day trips to the Channel Islands to custom charters in the Sea of Cortez to multi-day offshore trips like the SoCal Ta-Ta and the Baja Ha-Ha.
Channel Islands Itineraries
All excursions are led by UCSG Licensed Master and multihull expert aboard a Coast Guard examined vessel. Channel Islands are a National Park, filled with adventure opportunities such as hiking, photography, snorkeling, and sea-life viewing—and of course, fast sailing on a spectacular boat!
Sail to Frenchy’s Cove on Anacapa Island for lunch – $1275
- Good for up to six people, no previous sailing experience required
- Gather at the Pierpont Performance Sailing office in Ventura Marina at 9:30am on Sat or Sun
- Briefing on the day and the boat
- Depart Ventura at 10am for sail to Anacapa
- Arrive Frenchy’s cove approx noon
- Enjoy a picnic lunch (provided) while watching birds and sea life
- Depart Anacapa about 12:30 for a fast sail home
- Double digit boat-speeds likely, as are dolphin sightings
- Arrive Ventura approx 3pm
Overnight in a protected cove on Santa Cruz Island – $1700
- Good for four people in two private cabins, no previous sailing experience required
- Gather at the Pierpont Performance Sailing office in Ventura Marina at 9:30am on Sat
- Briefing on the day and the boat
- Depart Ventura at 10am for sail to Santa Cruz Island
- Arrive in a protected cove (chosen based on current conditions) approx 3pm
- Take the dinghy ashore for exploring/hiking/photography
- Enjoy sundowners and a BBQ dinner (your choice of meat or fish)
- Sleep in your own private cabin forward
- Light breakfast/coffee and another shore excursion
- Depart 10am for fast sail home, dolphin sightings likely
- Arrive Ventura approx 3pm
- Includes two lunches (Sat/Sun while underway), a light breakfast, and full BBQ dinner with wine
